1. 运营者与联系方式 / Operator and contact

DramaPulse 由宋贵华以个人身份运营。隐私、数据访问或删除请求请发送至 1520254532@qq.com。

DramaPulse is operated by Song Guihua in an individual capacity. Send privacy, access, or deletion requests to 1520254532@qq.com.

2. 我们处理的数据 / Data we process

• 管理员创建的 DramaPulse 账号资料，例如姓名、邮箱、角色和权限。
• 经用户主动授权后取得的 YouTube 频道标识、频道与视频元数据、公开统计信息、YouTube Analytics 报告和同步状态。
• 用于维持授权的 OAuth 访问令牌与刷新令牌；刷新令牌以 AES-256-GCM 加密保存。
• 保障服务安全和排查问题所需的登录、授权、同步及审计记录。

We process administrator-created account details, authorized YouTube channel and video data, read-only analytics reports, encrypted OAuth tokens, and operational security logs.

3. 使用目的 / How data is used

数据仅用于提供频道与视频分析、执行用户请求的同步、维护账号权限、保障系统安全、排查故障和响应支持请求。

Data is used only to provide channel and video analytics, perform requested synchronization, manage access, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.

4. Google 用户数据 / Google user data

DramaPulse 仅请求 youtube.readonly 与 yt-analytics.readonly 权限。我们不会获取或保存 Google 密码，不会在未经用户授权的情况下访问频道数据。DramaPulse 对 Google API 数据的使用和传输将遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use 要求。

DramaPulse requests only youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly. We do not obtain or store Google passwords and do not access channel data without user authorization. Our use and transfer of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

5. 共享与商业使用 / Sharing and commercial use

我们不会出售个人信息或 Google 用户数据，不会将其提供给无关第三方，也不会用于广告投放或训练通用人工智能模型。仅在运行服务所必需时由基础设施服务商处理数据，或在法律要求时依法披露。

We do not sell personal information or Google user data, share it with unrelated third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Infrastructure providers process data only as needed to operate the service, or it may be disclosed when legally required.

6. 保存、撤销与删除 / Retention, revocation, and deletion

我们仅在提供服务、履行安全审计和处理合法义务所需期间保存数据。用户可在 Google 账号的第三方访问权限页面撤销 DramaPulse，也可发送邮件申请删除账号及关联数据。我们会核验请求人身份，并在合理期限内处理；法律、安全或备份恢复所需的有限副本可能在既定周期内保留。

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security records, and meet legal obligations. Users may revoke DramaPulse in their Google Account permissions or email us to request deletion. We verify the requester and act within a reasonable period; limited copies may remain temporarily for legal, security, or backup-recovery purposes.

7. 安全与政策变更 / Security and changes

我们使用 HTTPS、访问控制、加密令牌和受限数据库网络降低风险，但任何网络服务都无法保证绝对安全。重大政策更新会在本页面发布并更新生效日期。

We use HTTPS, access controls, encrypted tokens, and a restricted database network to reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
